Quarter 4 Estimated Payments for 2023 are due.

Feb. 15, 2024

Last day to turn in most of your documents to receive a 10% discount, up to $100 off your final bill.

Feb. 23, 2024

Last day to turn in most of your documents to receive a 5% discount, up to $50 off your final bill.

Mar. 15, 2024

IRS filing deadline for Partnership and S-Corporation returns or extensions.

Mar. 15, 2024

Documents received after this date will be prepared after the April 15th deadline.

April 15, 2024

IRS filing deadline for Individual, Estate, Trust, or C-Corporation returns or extensions. 

April 15, 2024

Quarter 1 Estimated Payments for 2024 are due.

May 15, 2024

Texas franchise returns or extensions are due.

June 17, 2024

Quarter 2 Estimated Payments for 2024 are due.

July 15, 2024

Last day for Partnerships (1065) or S-Corporations (1120-S) with extensions to provide their documents for the extension deadline.  If your documents are received after this day, you will incur a 30% rush fee. 

Sept. 4, 2024

Last day for Individual, Estate, or Trust returns with extensions to provide their documents for the extension deadline.  If your documents are received after this day, you will incur a 30% rush fee.   

Sept. 16, 2024

Quarter 3 Estimated Payments for 2024 are due.

Sept. 16, 2024

IRS filing deadline for extended Partnership and S-Corporation returns.

Sept. 30, 2024

IRS filing deadline for extended Estate and Trust returns.

Oct. 15, 2024

IRS filing deadline for extended Individual and C-Corporation returns.

Nov. 1, 2024

Last day to turn in documents for a prior year return (anything before 2023) to be done before the end of 2024. Any prior year returns not brought in by this date will not be worked on until the end of the spring filing season (May).   

Nov. 15, 2024

Extended Texas franchise returns are due.
