Toby Gilman
Toby joined the firm as a Senior Tax Consultant in early 2025, bringing 34 years of experience in the public accounting arena. He has been a licensed CPA in the State of Texas since 1990.
He leverages a unique hybrid career of serving tax clients of all varieties (Individuals, Partnerships, S-Corps and C-Corps, Trusts and Estates), as well as extensive experience in national sales leadership and consulting roles with 3 of the world-wide Big Four firms and many regional accounting firms.
Raised in frigid Buffalo, New York, he landed in the very warm and welcoming state of Texas, by way of a detour to Annaplois, Maryland with a stint at the U.S. Naval Academy. He completed his post-graduate education with a BS in Math/Science, and an MS in Public Accounting (Tax), at the University of Texas at Austin.
UT-Austin is also where he met his bride of 40 years, Mary, and they now have 3 adult children and 7 grandchildren, and they have resided in Arlington, TX for over 30 years. Toby is an avid science-fiction fan, a perpetual home remodeler, and strongly involved with his local church.
