Carmen Massey
Carmen joined the firm in 2018 as Senior Tax Preparer, focusing on individual taxpayer returns. She enjoys working with people and looks forward to assisting clients with their individual tax needs. Carmen is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.
Prior to joining the firm, Carmen was a tax professional at another tax preparation firm in Richardson for 17 years. She has also worked as an office manager in the lending division of a major bank.
Carmen grew up in central Texas, in a small farming community north of Austin. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Texas in Austin. Carmen and her husband, Steve, enjoy traveling, frequently visiting Austin and NYC. She has two adult children and recently welcomed her first grandchild to the family.
