Though our office thinks about taxes year-round, we know that you don’t! Below is the calendar of both the IRS’ and our office’s deadlines. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

Date Description
Jan. 15, 2026 Fourth Quarter Estimated Payments for 2025 are due.
Feb. 16, 2026 Last day for returning clients to turn in most of your individual tax return documents to receive a 10% discount, up to $100 off the final price.
Mar. 9, 2026 Documents received after this date will be prepared after the April 15th deadline.
Mar. 16, 2026 IRS filing deadline for Partnership (1065) and S-Corporation (1120-S) returns or extensions.
April 15, 2026 IRS filing deadline for Individual, Estate, Trust, and C-Corporation returns or extensions. 
April 15, 2026 Quarter 1 Estimated Payments for 2026 are due.
May 15, 2026 Texas franchise returns or extensions are due.
June 15, 2026 Second Quarter Estimated Payments for 2026 are due.
July 15, 2026 Last day for Partnerships (1065) and S-Corporations (1120-S) with extensions to provide their documents for the extension deadline.  If your documents are received after this day, you will incur a rush fee up to 30% of the final return fee.
Aug. 17, 2026 Last day for Individual, Estate, and Trust returns with extensions to provide their documents for the extension deadline.  If your documents are received after this day, you will incur a rush fee up to 30% of the final return fee.
Sept. 15, 2026 Third Quarter Estimated Payments for 2026 are due.
Sept. 15, 2026 IRS filing deadline for extended Partnership and S-Corporation returns.
Sept. 30, 2026 IRS filing deadline for extended Estate and Trust returns.
Oct. 15, 2026 IRS filing deadline for extended Individual and C-Corporation returns.
Nov. 2, 2026 Last day to turn in documents for a prior year return (anything before 2025) to be done before the end of 2025. Any prior year returns not brought in by this date will not be worked on until the end of the spring filing season (May).   
Nov. 16, 2026 Extended Texas franchise returns are due.
