The new tax law will impact each and every one of our clients. The tax law changes are for 2018, not 2017. The return we will prepare in a few months will look like prior years.

The 2018 rules appear to limit the total sales/real estate tax deduction to $10K. If you do not escrow your real estate taxes, please pay the property taxes on your residence (and 2″d home) by 12/31/2017.

It will be months before many aspects of the tax changes are clear. We will analyze the impact of the changes on you once we have prepared your 2017 return.
